Bedzki Caviar Company was founded on the basis of three key principles:

Tradition
The culture of caviar began is Russia. A country at the time being rich in the supply of wild wild sturgeon including the infamous "Beluga" which has been pronounced illegal to harvest, import and sell in the USA since 2005. Caviar quality in those days was dictated by one thing only, the quality of the eggs which were seasoned with salt to preserve the freshness, vacuum sealed in tins and sold.
Although times have drastically changed since then, we at Bedzki Caviar believe that the same core practices should be followed when it comes to tradition. Due to the sturgeon population being considered endangered, the only legal and ethical way to produce caviar is by farming the sturgeons until they have reached their maturity, which takes anywhere from 8-12 years per fish and then the caviar being extracted from the sturgeon.

Quality

Quality control for our caviar begins on the day that the sturgeon is born all the way to the day when it have reached it's maturity for extraction. We have our facility positioned within the free flowing rivers, which ensures that our sturgeons receive the proper nutrition and using the top of the line organic feed, ensuring that the sturgeon is well cared for, as mother nature intended.
We at Bedzki Caviar specialize in only the finest Russian/Siberian Hybrid Ossetra that will appeal to the most particular taste buds. We pride ourselves in our caviar being produced as it was originally and traditionally intended, with the finest organically fed sturgeon and salt, packages and delivered fresh to our clients. Our caviar is delicate, buttery with nutty hints only which can truly be experienced by tasting it. We believe that quality in such a traditional product, filled with such rich history should never be compromised.
